Whether you are planning your first stay with us or you are a regular, this section will provide you with all the information you need to prepare your naturist vacation with complete peace of mind.
From March 15 to October 15 every year since 1956.
Minors are accepted provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult. From March 15 to October 15, children up to the age of 18 may stay free of charge, up to a limit of 4 children per family accompanied by their parents, subject to availability and the capacity of your accommodation.
Our establishment is not approved with the family allowance fund.
Access to the naturist village is regulated and managed by the town of Agde. You’ll need to stop at the entrance office, park your vehicle there, leave a piece of identification, come to the reception of our establishment to make a reservation and return to the village entrance, buy the access card and settle into your pitch.
The words “under reserve” indicate that in the event of flooding, silting up, the threat of falling tree branches due to strong winds or other events beyond our control, we reserve the right to allocate you another pitch for your safety and comfort.
Yes, various garbage cans are available for sorting your waste. You can find all the information on the application in Practical Information > Practical info > Waste. As of this year, we no longer collect bulky items.
Exclusively via our website, by filling in the online form. Payments by credit card and ANCV connect are totally secure. You can also enter your preferences in the “Comments” tab, which will be taken into account depending on availability.
For pitches: 25% on reservation, balance on arrival.
For rentals: 25% on booking, balance 30 days before arrival.
You can pay in advance for pitches to avoid waiting time on arrival.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing (contact@reneoltra.fr), otherwise they will not be taken into account and will incur additional service charges.
1st case: In the event of cancellation by the customer without taking out cancellation insurance
If the cancellation is motivated by non-payment of an instalment or of all the sums due for the reservation one month before the start of the stay, the customer cannot demand any reimbursement.
In the event of cancellation by the customer, less than 30 days before the scheduled rental date and 7 days for pitches, the deposit paid at the time of booking, as defined in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, will be automatically acquired by the Service Provider, as compensation, and will not give rise to any reimbursement or credit note (unless cancellation insurance is taken out). In the event of cancellation outside this period, the Centre will not offer any refund, but will have the option of offering a credit note valid for 12 months on a future booking.
In all cases of cancellation, administration and booking fees will be charged and are non-refundable.
2nd case: In the event of cancellation by the customer with a cancellation insurance policy.
The sums paid are covered by the insurance according to the general cancellation conditions. If the reason is not covered by the cancellation insurance or if the file is refused by it, the general sales conditions in paragraph a. apply and the cost of the cancellation insurance will be deducted from the sums paid in the event of cancellation.
Booking dates will be announced during the summer, both online and on Cool’nCamp.
No, you can take out cancellation insurance up to two days after booking.
The René Oltra campsite is located inside the Naturist Village. Access to the Naturist Village is regulated and managed by the town of Agde and not by the René Oltra campsite. A card sold by the naturist village entrance office allows you to access the Naturist Village.
1️. Arrival without any reservation
On your arrival, you will need to stop at the entrance office of the naturist village, park your vehicle there, leave an identity document, come on foot to the reception of the René Oltra campsite in order to complete your registration and with your registration form. stay, return to the entrance of the village to the entrance office, buy the access card.
2️. Arrival with reservation with pre-order of the card
Only if you have ordered your access card (35 days before your arrival date) at the campsite, you will receive an SMS (24 hours before your arrival) with a code to enter to pass the barrier of the Naturist village. Go directly to the left barrier, type the code on the box, above all do not go to the naturist village entrance office (otherwise you will pay for the card twice).
3️. Arrival with reservation without pre-ordering the card
You can present your reservation at the naturist village entrance office to purchase your access card.
Reminder :
You make your reservation on our René Oltra Holiday Center website 35 days before your arrival, you can pre-order the naturist village access card when you make your reservation. 24 hours before your arrival, you will receive a code by SMS to type on the box allowing you to open the village barrier on the left lane. After this period, you will need to purchase the access card directly from the naturist village entrance office with your reservation confirmation and proof of identity.
This access card to the naturist village is valid for 2 adults, it is nominative.
For pitches, arrival is from 2 pm and departure at noon.
For rentals, arrival is from 3 p.m. and departure at 10 a.m.
The latest check-in time is 11:59 PM. After that, please call +33 (0) 4 67 01 06 37.
We can store your luggage while you prepare your accommodation, but we don’t have the facilities to keep your food cool.
You can arrive at the campsite from 2 p.m. for pitches and from 3 p.m. for rentals.
Reception opening hours:
In season: 9am-7.45pm (June 1 to September 15)
Low season: 9am-5.45pm from March 15 to June 1 and from September 15 to October 15.
For late arrivals, outside reception opening hours, you will be greeted between reception closing time and midnight by a receptionist in the small gatehouse at the campsite entrance. All you need to do is present your booking confirmation.
After midnight, security guards can escort you to your pitch after you’ve left your identification. You must leave your vehicle in the parking lot (please note that no cars are allowed on the campsite between midnight and 07:00). The night service will accompany you with our golfettes to your pitch. From 9.00 a.m. the next day, you’ll need to go to the campsite reception to complete the formalities for your stay and pick up your wristband. Check-in is not possible between midnight and 9am.
For pitches, the balance must be paid on arrival, by credit card, vacation vouchers or cash. Bank checks are not accepted.
For rentals, you will be asked to pay a deposit of €200 (€800 for our Pearl cottages) by credit card or in cash, the latter requiring an appointment on the day of departure between 8:30 and 10:00 am.
One parking space is available per rental. For camping pitches, you must park on your pitch. Only one vehicle is allowed. You can park your second vehicle in a free public parking lot 50 meters from our site.
With the exception of our COCO tents, all our accommodation is air-conditioned.
Yes, in fact some of our sanitary facilities and chalets are equipped for PRMs in accordance with current standards, and they are identified on the campsite map.
Yes, you can rent a baby kit free of charge during your stay, subject to availability. The kit includes a baby cot, a small bathtub and a high chair. Please note that the new Allée L51 Lavande sanitary block has a nursery with a changing table reserved for your young children.
End-of-stay cleaning is included for our Pearl cottages. For all other rental properties, end-of-stay cleaning is not included, but can be chosen at the time of booking at an additional cost. A cleaning fee may be deducted from your deposit if the cleaning service finds that the property has not been cleaned.
Bed linen is included in our rentals, but it is possible to reserve a bathroom linen kit for €8 for 2 people per week. For our Pearl cottages, you’ll benefit from a hotel service that includes a bed made up on arrival, 2 bathrobes for the Jacuzzi, 2 bathrobes for the interior, 4 large and small towels, slippers, toiletries. Daily housekeeping if you wish, breakfast served at your cottage for a fee, to be reserved the day before.
You can connect to Wi-Fi free of charge in our shops, or for a fee at your pitch. Rates vary according to the number of devices connected and the length of your stay.
Your pets are welcome at our campsite, but rates vary according to the length of your stay. You will be provided with dedicated areas for walks, and pets must be kept on a leash. They are not allowed on the beach. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed. Cats are welcome free of charge.
They are indeed accessible to outsiders.
Yes, it will be available during reception opening hours. Rates are as follows: 1 day €4 / 2 days €8 / 3 days €12 / 4 days €16 / 5 days €20 / 1 week €25. A deposit of €50 is required.
Yes, it is possible to receive mail and parcels during your stay, except for Colissimo and Chronopost parcels (you can find all the information on our Cool’n Camp application in Centre Hélio Marin René Oltra > Practical information > Post Office).
You can recharge your car at reception, where you’ll need to pick up a card. The charge is €3/hour, with a maximum recharge time of 3 hours. A deposit of €100 is required. A recharging station is located at the campsite entrance (Aisles E and D). It is forbidden to recharge your vehicle on your pitch or rental unit.

After leaving your rental at 10am or your pitch at midday, your vehicle must leave the Naturist center. We’re really sorry, and it’s completely out of our control, but the ban on parking on the beach is the result of a prefectoral decree. You can now park in the large parking lot at the naturist village, impasse du Bagnas, outside the campsite.
Visitors can gain free access to the campsite for the day by leaving their ID at the gatehouse, and must wear a compulsory “visitor” wristband. Vehicles must remain outside our site.
A maximum of 4 people and 1 vehicle are allowed per pitch. A supplement will be charged from the 3rd participant onwards, according to current rates. Visitors must pay the tourist tax, and the capacity of our chalets and mobile homes must be respected. In both cases, visitors must wear a special wristband for the duration of their stay.

Yes, you can find all the information on Cool’n Camp. An email was sent to you when you booked to download the application and create your password. You’ll be able to consult the entire entertainment schedule and all campsite information.
The nearest doctor’s surgery is 500 meters away in the Port Ambonne residence. An infirmary is available at our center, next to reception (open July-August).
The Mini-Club is open to children aged 5 to 12. Under-age children are not admitted. Children must be registered by their parents (using a dedicated form) at the entertainment office or at the mini-club.
Club Ados is open to teenagers aged 13 to 17. Under-age children are not admitted.
No, the pool is only open to children enrolled in the mini club. Visiting children can only use the pool if they are enrolled in the mini club.
Yes, the Oltra-Fit gym with 370m2 of space, a wellness area, over 25 Technogym machines, a massage area and a Hammam and Sauna area. The gym is reserved for clients of the René Oltra naturist center. Full details are available on the Cool’n Camp app in Centre Helio Marin René Oltra > Services > Gym and on the website.
Yes, with pedalos and kayaks.
Yes, we do, with entertainment and shows on offer throughout the season. All information is posted at the entertainment desk in aisle G near reception, on the campsite notice boards and at the mini-club.
The nearest station is in Agde (4 km), with regular bus service on line 4.
Béziers - Cap d’Agde airport (17 km away) offers regular flights to London, Shannon, Bristol, Edinburgh, Manchester, Brussels Charleroi, Düsseldorf, Stockholm and Paris-Beauvais. Other nearby airports include : Montpellier, Perpignan, Carcassonne, Marseille and Toulouse.
Yes, there’s a cycle path next to the campsite. There are plenty of cycle paths in Cap d’Agde, and you can reach Sète and Marseillan directly.
Yes, electric scooters and bicycles are allowed on the campsite, with a speed limit of 10km/h.
Yes, there is an ATM at the campsite entrance.
No, there is no tobacco on the campsite.
