Rules of procedure

1. Admission and Stay Conditions

To be admitted and settle in our naturist holiday center, authorization from the Management is required. The Management provides the client with accommodation and facilities corresponding to the designated classification. Furthermore, it is committed to enforcing the internal regulations and assumes a general duty of supervision.
Wearing the wristband is mandatory for every guest.
Staying at the center implies adherence to a naturist license. Any naturist license (FFN / FNI / FKK) is accepted.
Guests must settle in on the grounds while respecting naturist ethics, maintaining proper conduct, respecting others, and adhering to the obligatory practice of nudity when weather permits. However, nudity does not equate to exhibitionism; any behavior contrary to good morals will result in a first warning by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or a hand-delivered letter against a receipt. A second act contrary to good morals will lead to immediate expulsion from the establishment. Offenders will no longer be accepted in the establishment, and their contracts will not be renewed for legitimate reasons.
In accordance with the internal regulations, and to avoid disturbing younger guests, we remind you that wearing excessive and extravagant piercings and/or jewelry on the genitals is prohibited. We kindly ask that you remove or cover them with a sarong or towel.
Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of these regulations and a commitment to comply with them. No one is permitted to declare residence at the site.

2. Police Formalities

Anyone intending to stay at least one night must first present themselves at the reception desk with valid identification.
All foreign clients are required to complete an individual police form (Article R.611-35 of the Code governing the entry and stay of foreigners).
This form must include:
1. Surname and given names;
2. Date and place of birth;
3. Nationality;
4. Usual residence. Children under the age of 15 may be listed on the form of one of their parents;
5. Mobile phone number and email address;
6. Date of arrival at the establishment and planned departure date. The police form must be retained for six months.

3. Installation

Outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be set up in the designated area as directed by reception. Fences or barriers are not permitted. It is recommended to place shrubs or plants around the site. Access areas must remain clear to allow for winter maintenance work. Awnings must be taken down at the end of the stay; guests who do not comply are responsible for any damage caused by falling tree branches.

4. Reception - Service Operations

The René Oltra Naturist Center is open to vehicle traffic from 7 a.m. to midnight.
 Reception hours are as follows:
Mid and High Season: 9:00 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. (May 1st to September 30th)
Low Season: 9:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. (March 15th to April 30th and October 1st to October 15th)

All information regarding the center’s services, supply options, sports facilities, local tourist attractions, and other useful addresses is available at reception. A complaint management system is available for guests.

The campsite cannot be held responsible for packages that campers arrange to have delivered there.

Two laundromats are open from 7 a.m. to midnight.
 A 24-hour ATM is available.

5. Posting of Regulations

These internal regulations are displayed at the entrance of the campsite and at the reception. They are provided to each person concurrently with the contract proposal and are available upon special request.

For classified campsites, the classification category with the "tourism" or "leisure" designation and the number of tourism or leisure pitches are displayed at the reception. The prices of various services are made available to clients under the conditions established by the Minister of Consumer Affairs and can be consulted at reception.

6. Departure Procedures

Guests are requested to settle their stay no later than the day of arrival, which allows them to avoid returning to the reception on the day of departure. Wristbands must be returned at the exit barrier.

7. Fees

The fees are applicable according to the current rates specified in the rental contract and based on the number of nights spent on the campsite. They must be paid at reception upon arrival or in advance online.

8. Access to the René Oltra Naturist Center

"Leisure" Contracts: Access to the Center will be granted until May 2nd, inclusive, for any client who has paid the first two installments (on November 15th and January 20th), or for clients on monthly payments who are up to date with payments from November to July. Access to the René Oltra Naturist Center will be granted until October 15th, provided that the balance of the rental, the naturist licenses, and the insurance certificate for the caravan or mobile home have been presented.

Nightly Rentals: Guests must complete the registration process upon arrival. At check-in, guests must present their vehicle’s registration document. Access is permitted for the duration of their stay. All registered vehicles must be declared and recorded. Guests arriving after reception hours may set up their accommodation until midnight.

The René Oltra Naturist Center is private property: A wristband is provided on the day of arrival. Any replacement wristband will incur a fee of 10 euros per unit. Wearing the wristband is mandatory within the René Oltra Naturist Center. It must be presented to enter and exit the premises, and for checks by the security staff at all times, day and night. All guests must provide their name and/or pitch number when requested.

Visitors are only allowed under the responsibility of the tenants hosting them. Visits are limited to a maximum of 4 naturist adults. Visitors must adhere to the naturist lifestyle; otherwise, they will no longer be accepted on the premises.

Any commercial or advertising activity is strictly prohibited unless prior written authorization is given by the Management.

By municipal decree, the beach is naturist from the Chenal de Port Ambonne to the limit of Sun Beach. Surveillance is provided during the summer for the peace of naturists on the dunes and along the beach near our center. The areas behind the dunes are a nature reserve and are prohibited to walkers by a prefectural order dated December 30th, 1996.

9. Visitors

After being authorized by the Manager, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the camper hosting them. The client receives their visitors at the reception located at the campsite entrance. If visitors are allowed to enter the campsite, either the visitor or the client hosting them is required to pay a fee according to the current rate, as long as the visitor has access to the campsite’s services and/or facilities. This fee is displayed at the entrance of the campsite and at reception. The client must report any entry or departure. Visitors who do not respect naturist ethics will no longer be accepted on the premises.

For security and organizational reasons, no visitors will be accepted after 10 p.m. "Day visitors" will be admitted to the tenant’s pitch provided that the tenant accompanies them from the entrance barrier. They must park their vehicles in the external public parking area and register in the visitor log at the René Oltra Naturist Center’s entrance. A wristband will be issued upon entry and must be returned upon departure. All visitors must leave the premises by 1 a.m.

In any case, the tenant remains responsible for the actions of their visitors and is obligated to fulfill all contractual duties. Visitors staying at the pitch must pay the applicable rate. The pitch holder will be responsible for covering the visitor’s stay if payment is not made.

The Manager reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to certain individuals, including as "visitors," for legitimate and properly justified reasons, especially if the individual has previously engaged in actions or behaviors contrary to good morals, even prior to the refusal, within the premises or at any time.

Visitors’ vehicles are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the campsite grounds.

10. Respect for Naturist Ethics, Nudity, and the Environment

You are in a naturist center; respecting the values of naturism is mandatory. Regular checks will be conducted to ensure compliance with the rules of nudity and environmental preservation. Tenants who do not adhere to these rules will no longer be accepted at our establishment:

1st Check: Oral reminder of naturist and environmental ethics (a coupon will be given, with the pitch number and/or client name noted in the register).
2nd Check: Meeting with the Management and formal notice delivered personally against acknowledgment of receipt.
3rd Check: A letter notifying the non-renewal of your contract.

We count on you, parents or grandparents, who accompany adolescents, to encourage them to comply with naturist principles (only swimwear, boxer shorts, or monokinis will be "exceptionally tolerated") and to respect nature. Any provocative behavior from a visitor toward other naturists will result in immediate expulsion from our establishment.

11. Reservation Conditions

A reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of the Center, after the receipt of the deposit, the completed and signed reservation contract, the prior information notice, and the acceptance of the campsite’s internal regulations.

The Center may refuse a reservation request based on availability or any other legitimate reason.

The reservation of a pitch or rental is strictly personal. Subletting or transferring the reservation is strictly prohibited.

12. Noise – Silence

Guests are requested to respect the tranquility and rest of other vacationers, even during the day. Excessive noise is prohibited. In the evening, after 10 p.m., it is advised to be discreet. An exception is made, allowing tolerance until midnight. Silence must be observed from midnight to 7 a.m.

13. Vehicles – Circulation and Parking

Vehicles are not allowed to circulate or exit between midnight and 7 a.m., except in the case of a serious accident. In such cases, it is advised to notify the barrier guard at +33 (0)4 67 01 06 37. A shuttle golf cart will transport guests from midnight to 5 a.m. during the high season. Electric golf carts will be allowed to circulate between midnight and 7 a.m. as an exception and must do so discreetly. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a temporary suspension of vehicle entry for one week or more.

Within the René Oltra Naturist Center, the speed limit is strictly 10 km/h. Any violation of this regulation, as well as any breach of road traffic laws, will result in a suspension of vehicle entry to the center.

This regulation applies to all vehicles!

For your safety, please adhere to the signage and the designated traffic directions. The wearing of a certified helmet (Article R-431-1) and the use of headlights on any vehicle traveling at night are mandatory within the René Oltra Naturist Center. The management disclaims any responsibility for accidents caused by failure to follow traffic rules.

Parking of vehicles (including two-wheelers) is strictly prohibited on unoccupied pitches. Vehicles should not obstruct traffic or prevent new arrivals from setting up (such violations will incur a financial penalty and be charged at the daily rate after a first warning).

You have a personal pitch, which cannot be transferred without the approval of the Management.

For safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited to use a scooter within the campsite, as the gravel paths are unsuitable for this mode of transportation.

14. Animals

For safety reasons, dogs of the 1st and 2nd categories are no longer accepted (Tosa, Staffordshire Terrier, American Staff, Pitbull, Mastiff, Rottweiler). Owners must carry bags to clean up after their pets outside of designated areas and use water to prevent urine odors. Dogs must always be kept on a leash. They should never be left alone, even when enclosed. Owners are civilly responsible for their pets. An up-to-date vaccination certificate must be presented.

15. Fire Safety

Open fires (wood, charcoal, etc.) are strictly prohibited, as are charcoal barbecues. Stoves must be maintained in good working condition.

In case of fire: Immediately notify the Management (security service available 24/7 at +33 (0)4 67 01 06 37). Fire extinguishers are available for use if necessary. A first aid kit is located at the reception and at the surveillance post near the water park. In the event of evacuation, refer to the facility’s evacuation plan. Raise the alarm and alert nearby neighbors.

16. Vigilance / Theft – Aggression

Immediately notify the Management (security service available 24/7 at +33 04 67 01 06 37). Any guest caught in the act of theft or who assaults or threatens the safety of other guests will be expelled, with law enforcement intervention if necessary.

The Management will make their best efforts to fulfill their general duty of surveillance of the campsite. However, this responsibility is limited, particularly in cases involving third parties, such as theft within the establishment during a guest’s stay.

The Management is only responsible for items deposited at the reception (individual safes or spare keys). Although surveillance staff monitor the premises 24/7, the guest remains responsible for their own setup and must report any suspicious individuals to the responsible person. Guests are encouraged to take usual precautions to protect their belongings (e.g., anti-theft devices).

17. Games

No violent or disruptive games may be organized. Children must always be under the supervision of their parents.

18. Electricity – Water

The electricity supplied is 220 Volts at all equipped sites. The tenant may only use one 6-amp outlet for caravans and one 10-amp outlet for mobile homes. "Leisure Contract" tenants have the option to request additional amperage for an annual fee at the current rate.

Warning: If unauthorized amperage changes are detected at a site, the tenant will be charged according to the tariff mentioned above. Our electrical installation is monitored by the Federal Control Office, and the tenant agrees to comply with regulations and disconnect their installation in case of extended absence. You are requested to turn off air conditioners and lights when absent.

The water is potable and monitored by authorized state agencies. Vehicle cleaning is strictly prohibited. We ask guests to conserve water and avoid waste; both water and electricity are valuable resources.

Swimming pools and jacuzzis are not permitted within the establishment. The intensive use of water and energy for pools and jacuzzis may be incompatible with the environmental sustainability goals of the campsite. These installations may also pose safety risks, especially if not properly set up or constantly supervised, such as the risk of drowning, slipping, and falling.

It is strictly forbidden to wash items not intended for personal use at the campsite (e.g., laundry from outside rentals or for professional use).

19. Attire and Respect for Facilities

Each tenant must maintain their pitch and leave it clean upon departure. Household waste must be placed in trash bags in the designated containers. Glass and plastic bottles should be disposed of in the containers provided for this purpose. Bulky items must be taken to the Agde recycling center with a free access card (https://portail-usagers.sictom-pezenas-agde.fr). Green waste, placed in a bag, can be collected by our services once a week. Washing is strictly prohibited outside of the designated washing bins.

It is forbidden to dispose of polluted or used water on the ground or in the gutters, except in the sanitation blocks equipped with appropriate drainage systems. Plantings and floral decorations must be respected. It is not allowed to mark your pitch with personal materials. It is prohibited to nail anything into trees or cut branches. The pruning or felling of trees is strictly forbidden. Any embellishment or decoration of your pitch must respect the environment and align with the camping’s natural spirit. The management reserves the right to approve certain modifications. Any repair of damage to vegetation, fences, land, or facilities will be the responsibility of the person responsible for the damage.

20. Photography - Videos - Surveillance Cameras

The purpose of these regulations is to ensure the well-being, safety, and peace of all members and visitors at the René Oltra Naturist Center. To protect privacy and mutual respect, it is strictly forbidden to take photos, videos, or use surveillance cameras within the premises of the camping site.

Any person who violates this prohibition may face penalties in accordance with current legislation. These penalties may include disciplinary measures, legal action, and claims for damages. The René Oltra Naturist Center reserves the right to take all necessary actions to enforce this rule and protect the fundamental rights of its members.

21. Video Surveillance

You are hereby informed that you may be filmed on the premises of the CHM René Oltra, located at 1 Rue des Néréides – 34300 Cap d’Agde.

This video surveillance system has been implemented in accordance with the regulations outlined in the Internal Security Code (Article L251-1), the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of personal data and the free movement of such data), and Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files, and liberties.

Further information can be provided at any time upon request at the reception desk or via the following email address: contact@reneoltra.fr.

This notice is supplemented by the signage available at the entrance and within our premises.

22. Insurance and Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of the tenant to insure both their primary and secondary installations. The Centre Naturiste René Oltra disclaims any responsibility in the event of theft, fire, weather-related incidents, or any incidents falling under the civil liability of the tenant.

23. Force Majeure

The Centre Naturiste René Oltra disclaims any responsibility for disruptions, interruptions, or hindrances to stays caused by events that can be classified as force majeure. Force majeure refers to any event beyond the control of the Centre Naturiste René Oltra that could not have been reasonably foreseen at the time of contract conclusion, and whose effects cannot be avoided by appropriate measures.

Force majeure events include but are not limited to: weather conditions preventing service delivery, acts by any civil or military authority (de facto or de jure), war, mobilization, revolt, total or partial strikes, fire, flood, administrative closure, accidents, or riots.

In the event of force majeure, the Centre Naturiste René Oltra reserves the right to suspend its obligations, without any prejudice or claims for damages being attributable to it. If the force majeure event is temporary, the obligation is suspended, unless the resulting delay justifies the cancellation of the contract. If the impediment is permanent, the contract may be terminated by law, and both parties are released from their obligations.

24. Litige / Médiation

Any claim regarding non-compliance of services with contractual obligations must be submitted in writing (via registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt) to the manager of the Centre Naturiste René Oltra within 30 days after the end of the stay.

In the event of a dispute with our establishment, and if the response is unsatisfactory, you have the option to contact the AME Conso Mediation Centre after a one-month period following the submission of your written complaint (registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt). To do so, you must file a case online at www.mediationconso-ame.com or send a file by mail to:
AME Conso 11 Place Dauphine, 75001 Paris, France.

Paid stays will not be refunded. By staying at the Centre Naturiste René Oltra, you accept the provisions of this regulation and commit to complying with it. Any disputes related to the execution of this contract will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the location of the property. French law is the only applicable law to this contract.

25. Violation of the Internal Rules

If a resident disrupts the stay of other guests or fails to comply with the provisions of this internal regulation, the manager or their representative may, orally or in writing, demand that the person cease the disturbance, if deemed necessary. In the case of a serious or repeated infraction of the internal regulation and after a written notice from the manager/director to comply, the contract may be terminated. In the event of a criminal infraction, the manager may call upon the authorities.

26. Data Protection and Privacy

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of May 25, 2018, we ensure the highest level of protection for your personal information. Your data is used to provide you with quality service, optimize your reservations, and offer personalized communication. The information you provide when making your request will not be shared with any third parties and will remain confidential. It will only be used by the services of the Centre Naturiste René Oltra for processing your request and personal communication with you. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose the use of your personal data. To exercise this right, simply make a request by mail. A video surveillance system has been in place since the summer of 2009. Dedicated to better control, its purpose is to further improve your safety and ensure your peace of mind. Authorized by the prefectural order (n° 2009-01-1934 of 27/07/09), this system is in compliance with the law.
